Doctor Alliance is different than other homehealth portals because we are a Universal Portal. We provide physicians with a single account from which they can sign all their homecare documents. We can do that because we can accept documents from any agency, regardless of what software they are using. Other portals are tied to the agency software, which means that a physician working with multiple agencies will have multiple accounts to log into.

Logging into separate accounts takes more time, requires multiple usernames and passwords, involves multiple companies to constantly work with, and captures and calculates Care Plan Oversight (CPO) minutes under different rules and different formats.
